According to the sources, A judicial magistrate remanded an accused in the murder case of 2 political workers in police custody for 4 days.
As per to details, The inquiry officer produced Hamza Butt before the court and sought his physical remand for questioning.
The court while approving his 4-day physical remand, directed the investigation officer to present him on next hearing on Feb 25.
The investigation officer said 2 other accused Javed Butt and Khalid Bagri are out on bail.
It must be noted that at least 2 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers were killed and 3 others seriously wounded in a firing incident outside a polling station during by-election in Daska.
