Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and former president Asif Ali Zardari reached Islamabad to appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) today (March 20). PPP workers from across the country have been told to come to Islamabad to express solidarity with the party chairman. NAB has summoned Bilawal and Zardari in Park Lane Estate probe.
The Sindh High Court (SCH) on Tuesday (March 19) rejected Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur’s petitions seeking stay order in money laundering transfer case and maintained the apex court’s orders.
Former president Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur on Saturday (March 16) challenged the decision of banking court in Sindh High Court (SHC) in mega money laundering case and asked court to declare the verdict of banking court illegal, null and void. Earlier National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) a banking court on Friday (March 15) ordered the transfer of the fake bank accounts and mega money laundering case to Islamabad.
