Cardi B was seen to be charged with two felonies on account of her gruesome brawl that took place in August, 2018 at some strip club.
The charges that were placed against Cardi were multiple, including assault.
The lawyers argue that the case hadn’t exactly been clear due to the facts that are currently missing from the case.
Multiple evidences have to be provided in front of the jury to prove that Cardi indeed had done the deed.
The proofs that are needed includes the calls that were dialed to the 911, or the CCTV camera footage, police reports, DNA reports, etc.
Moreover, the people who had witnessed the entire situation are supposed to be present before the jury and their statements are to be recorded.
Each felony has charges that are supposed to take the form of either a probable or a prison sentence of maximum 4 years.
Keeping that in mind, Cardi may or may not face about 8 years in prison.
Cardi expressed that she will not serve jail time as she “has a daughter “.
However, this is not what the court considers as a valid excuse to be freed from facing the legal action.
