Deputy Director Capital Development Authority (CDA), Ayaz Khan, who was reported missing from Islamabad on Thursday, rejected his missing rumors and urged people not to defame any institutes over his disappearance.
Ayaz Mehsud said, “I am visiting my relatives in D.I Khan and I am safe.”He added, “I had lost my cell phones, therefore, I failed to contact.” He also thanked the government and other institutions for their concerns over his missing.
Earlier, it was reported that official of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Ayaz Khan went missing from Islamabad after leaving his office at 2:30, the police said. They said the police were informed about Ayaz Khan’s disappearance by his personal assistant. According to the police, all the security agencies have been informed about the incident. Khan’s brother-in-law Hasan filed a complaint in Aabpara police station saying that “the CDA official had gone to his office in Islamabad’s Sector G-6 and had not returned home. According to the application, Khan was in contact with his wife until 8pm and told her he will be home shortly”.
