On Tuesday, The confidence of foreign investors has expanded essentially in Pakistan with a superior law enforcement circumstance in the country, revealed the results of the survey conducted by the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI)
Since last year, security conditions in the country have remained satisfactory, which has boosted the confidence of foreign investors. According to the survey, there has been an increase of more than 65 per cent in visits of senior officials of OICCI members to Pakistan.
The investigation revealed that the security situation in Baluchistan had improved by 40%, with 70% in Karachi and Lahore.
“The increase in visits is a vote of confidence in the improved security environment. This improved security environment has allowed many foreign business visitors and trade delegations being granted travel permissions for their visits to Pakistan from their respective embassies and travel security agencies,” reads the survey report.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said the provision of all facilities for investors is one of the priorities of Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf government.
According to government officials, concrete steps are being taken to facilitate business in the country and the results of these policies will soon be visible.
