In occupied Kashmir, Indian brutalities are continued as strict restrictions including mobile phone service and internet has been imposed on innocent suffering Kashmiris after Indian government’s decision to abolish special status of Kashmiris.
As per reports, all educational institutions are closed while the entire population is facing global communication blockage as it has no contact with the external world through internet or telephone. The local press is seems to be totally under control as newspapers have been banned from publishing and even newspapers failed to update their online editions. People are facing shortage of daily commodities including milk, dairy items and medicines. Curfew also remained imposed in all major cities and towns of Chenab valley districts in Jammu region.
The entire resistance leadership including Syed Ali Gilani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq continued to remain under house arrest or in jails. The unilateral decision by India to split Ladakh from Jammu and Kashmir triggered shutdown and protests in Muslim majority Kargil district.
People around the world are raising voice against India’s illegal actions in Kashmir. Pakistan has also made it clear that Pakistan army will fully support Kashmiris in their struggle for freedom.
