The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)’s cyber crime wing arrested a suspect from Rawalpindi, impersonating as a senior party leader in a raid.
Upon complaint by the president of the Punjab section of the PTI, Ejaz Chaudhry, security agency’s cybercrime wing arrested the suspect. The man was allegedly in possession of visiting cards from several departments and used to demand bribes to do work done.
FIA seized letterheads and photos of several PTI leaders, including Prime Minister Imran Khan, during the raid, said deputy director Rizwan Arshad, adding that they had reserved and initiated its investigation.
