On the first leg of his four-nation visit, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi left for Kabul on Monday (Dec 24) morning.
Qureshi will pay official visit to countries including Afghanistan, Iran, China and Russia, to discuss international situation, region of cooperation and Afghan reconciliation process with leaders of these countries. He will also discuss bilateral ties, investment and enhancement of bilateral trade with leadership of the friendly countries.
Earlier, talking media before his departure, the Foreign Minister said Pakistan wants peace and stability in the region. He said the aim of his visit is to take the friendly countries into confidence on recent developments in the region.Shah Mahmood Qureshi said we should understand each others’ problems and sit together to find solution to them.
