The National Accountability Bureau following the orders of Supreme Court has decided to conduct audit of the allegedly fake housing schemes and confiscate record of more than 70 housing schemes in Balochistan’s coastal city, Gwadar.
While Builders and Developers’ Association has rejected the NAB’s allegations and said that schemes are legal and certified.
Many new housing schemes were introduced across the coastal city, after the completion of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects.
Earlier Supreme Court has ordered to conduct anti-encroachment camping against land mafia in Pakistan. Following the orders of SC several acre land has been retrieved in from major cities of the country.
