The marriage of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle is once again under consideration, and this time by a royal photographer who captured the former royal family member during his life.
The 79-year-old veteran royal photographer Arthur Edwards commented on the marriage of the Duke of Sussex with the former actor of Suits in the light of the recent criticism of the British Commonwealth by the couple.
“Criticizing the one thing the queen cherishes above all, which protects the Commonwealth, is an insult to her — regardless of what the palace may officially claim,” he said.
Every country can look back and find flaws but we’re learning and moving on from history. Harry should stop listening to his wife, who of course fills him with these ideas, “he added.
He went on to say that Harry has changed greatly since he tied the knot in 2018: “Unfortunately for the last couple of years he’s gone totally sour I’ve been photographing him since the day he was born, and it was down to her.
I think the moment she got married to Harry, she thought’Right let’s get out of here as quickly as we can’ she had no intention of staying here and she’s dragging Harry along hopefully he’s coming to his senses soon.”
Harry and Meghan had said during their video call with the young Commonwealth leaders earlier this week: “If you look around the Commonwealth, there’s no way we can move forward unless we remember the past.
So many people have done such an amazing job of acknowledging the past and trying to correct those mistakes, but I think we all acknowledge that there is still so much more to do.
