Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said the nation would remember the resilience of its armed forces against Indian aggression on February 27, 2019.
“February 27 is a day of honor and value for our nation. The nation celebrates this day as its success and India will long remember this surprise, the way Pakistan Air Force hit the Indian fighter jets was a glaring example of bravery and competence. Our force once again showed its capability and capacity and commitment to defend the nation and the country,” she said in a conversation with a private news channel.
She said that even in this hour of challenge and tension, Pakistan fully respected international laws and standards by sending the arrested Indian pilot back. “By rendering their pilot, we have maintained our traditions of peace and sympathy. Once again, we have given way to peace and demonstrated our commitment to international laws and standards. ”
“Trump’s statement amply shows that the narrative of Prime Minister Imran Khan for peace and regional prosperity stands victorious. At the same time it is a defeat of Indian rhetoric against Pakistan,” she added.
She said the uprising in many Indian cities, including the capital New Delhi, would reach its ultimate end as India burned itself in the flames of hatred, hypocrisy and extremist thought. “its own actions have exposed the true face of India to the world community.”
