Netflix’s “The Silence” is creating a buzz on social media ever since its trailer launch. This film has been based on a novel from 2015. But many of the viewers are claiming that this film’s concept has a resemblance with the famous film, A Quiet Place.
In both the films, the common thing is about the fact that how the world is under attack from creatures who hunt prey by sound, and one family overcomes the disaster by somehow utilizing the heightened senses of a deaf child. Yes, both films rely on a deaf child.

‘The Silence’ is based on a Tim Lebbon book published in the year 2015, and it’s filming was green lighted in 2017, well before ‘A Quiet Place’ came out. In the main star cast we have the names of Stanley Tucci, Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto and John Corbett. It will be coming out on Netflix on April 12th.
