After her split from her former fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, the 51-year-old music star took to Instagram to share her photos with fans for the first time. Lopez is seen smiling on location in the Dominican Republic on the set of her upcoming romantic comedy, Shotgun Wedding, in photos taken by Lopez’s makeup artist Kate Land.
She captioned the photo, “Coffee Talk.”
Her signature glow and smile can’t be taken away from her, as shown by the photos. The singer is wearing a white button-down blouse, distressed jeans, her trademark honey highlights, natural makeup, and a white flower in her hair while smiling and laughing.
Jennifer Lopez is currently filming in the Dominican Republic for her upcoming film. She co-stars with Josh Duhamel in the film.
Last week, she and Alex Rodriguez announced the end of their marriage, citing confidence issues as the reason. In a joint statement, the two celebrities said, “We have learned we are stronger as friends and look forward to staying so.”
“We will continue to collaborate and encourage one another on our common businesses and ventures,” they said in a joint statement. “We all want the best for each other and our children. The only other comment we have is to thank everyone who has sent kind words and encouragement out of gratitude for them.”
Lopez paid a birthday tribute to Selena Quintanilla, the character she played in the Selena film, which helped launch her career.
