Justin Bieber Locks Horns at a New Year’s Eve Concert with Neighbours

Justin Bieber and his neighbours are battling it out over a New Year’s concert at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

Neighbours were left fuming during a soundcheck session on Wednesday, according to an exclusive source cited by Page Six.

As announced, the musical event will be held at a “iconic” venue, revealed by insiders outdoors at the Beverly Hilton.

An irritated resident said the soundcheck for Bieber’s concert was not entirely nice to start with.

“It was like a car was parked at 1 million decibels outside my house blasting music,” the source said. “The hotel [to complain] was called by many in the neighbourhood, and the hotel referred them to the Beverly Hills Police and Permit Department.”

Another one, meanwhile, objected, “Why are we required to stay home while Bieber comes to work?”
