Hudson revealed her purpose for gaining the rock-hard abs and a fit body which she worked so hard on.
Apparently, she plans on working in a film this spring and has also arranged a nanny for her 7-month old daughter, Rani.
She also shared with her fans that even though she does workouts most of the time, she eats as healthier as she can.
This tells us exactly why she was glowing and stayed fit even after giving birth.
Hudson is a pro in balancing her life and loves spending time with her children and her partner.
