According to the provincial health department, During the past 24 hours, approximately 107 new cases of dengue fever have been reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
As per details, At least 142 people have been diagnosed with mosquito-borne dengue fever last day, The KPK has so far recorded up to 4,045 dengue cases, whereas, a total of 5 people have died of the virus.
On the other hand, According to the Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Punjab, Imran Sikandar Baloch has stated that during the last 24 hours, In Punjab, 459 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the province.
In a press statement, Imran Sikandar Baloch said that 459 cases of dengue fever were reported across the province, out of which 335 cases were found in Lahore alone.
He also said that 64 cases were reported from Rawalpindi, 8 from Attock, 6 from Khanewal, 5 five from Gujrat.
4 dengue patients were reported in Faisalabad, Muzaffargarh, Okara and Sahiwal each, 3 cases from Hafizabad and Sheikhupura and 2 from Chakwal.
The health department secretary said that overall 6,727 confirmed cases of dengue have been reported across the province, while 4,874 confirmed cases of dengue were reported in Lahore.
Imran Sikandar Baloch further said that one death was reported in Punjab in the last 24 hours, taking the toll to 19 so far.
