Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, During Hajj season this year, has launched 5G network service in Makkah and other holy sites to provide quality services to the pilgrims.
Along with Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Al-Sawaha, The Emir of Makkah and Chairman of Central Haj Committee ,Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, inaugurated the 5G service in Makkah.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs said a total of 19 ambulances were also providing facilities for Pakistani pilgrims.
235 elderly pilgrims received a wheelchair and 16 potential pilgrims died and were buried in Jannat-ul-Baqi.
The ministry has already deployed 187 ministry officials, 469 medical missions, 545 Pakistani police and scout Muavineen-e-Hujjaj and 900 local Muavineen-e-Hujjaj to facilitate the pilgrimage task during the hajj in 2019. In addition, The Pakistani pilgrims mission has set up 235 wheelchairs for older and younger pilgrims.
