Pakistan’s military spokesman Major General Asif Ghafoor on Wednesday (March 13) confirmed that Malaysian Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad will be the Guest of Honor at the Pakistan Day Parade on March 23.
Asif Ghafoor took to twitter and wrote: “PakDayParade. PM Malaysia Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad will be the Guest of Honour. Guests include Def Minister Azerbaijan, COAS Bahrain & govt officials from Oman. Various contingents from Azerbaijan,Bahrain,China, KSA, Sri Lanka & Turkey will participate in Parade”.

During his visit to Malaysia in November last year, Prime Minister Imran Khan had invited Dr Mahathir to visit Pakistan as chief guest on Pakistan Day which falls on March 23. Mahathir Mohammad had accepted the invitation.
