Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal on Friday (March 8) revealed that National Accountability Bureau had filed filed 105 mega corruption references from out of 179 cases, 3,484 corruption references in various accountability courts, besides depositing Rs 303.767 billion in the national exchequer after recovering from the corrupt elements till Jan 31, 2019.
In a statement, he said NAB has so far received 419,398 corruption complaints, out of which conducting complaint verifications of 13,722 were approved. NAB had also accorded approval for conducting 8,881 inquiries, 4,219 investigations.
