National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday (April 12) hired the services of renowned lawyer Naeem Bukhari for high profile corruption cases including Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif’s case.
NAB in an official statement said that the anti-graft agency’s Prosecution Division will assist Naeem Bukhari in overseas corruption cases. Other high profile cases are include former principal secretary to the prime minister Fawad Hassan Fawad and former Lahore Development Authority (LDA) director general Ahad Khan Cheema.
Bokhari had represented Imran in all high-profile disqualification cases in the Supreme Court. He also led the party’s legal team for the Panama Papers case against the ousted premier Nawaz Sharif.
