Shot was fired outside the New York residence of American singer Taylor Swift on Sunday, in the Sake of the robbery.
At 151 Franklin Lane, near Swift’s ritzy Tribeca townhouse in the affluent neighborhood, armed men had broken into a nearby sneaker shop called Patron of New York.
The burglary had occurred just next to the singer’s $18 million property with police saying that four bullets were fired with no injuries or casualties.
A waiter at a nearby restaurant said, “We heard four shots all of a sudden and I was terrified.” I saw people running around the stage. They look terrified and hop into a taxi.
Another eyewitness told The Post that this was only the second shooting in a month: I saw people running around the scene. They look terrified and hop into a taxi.
It’s a family neighbourhood, “they said,” and I still prefer protection over access to fancy sneakers.
Swift bought the house for $18 million in 2017 and has three other apartments next door to hers as well. In sum, she owns community properties worth $50million.
