The government and opposition clash in national assembly over discussion on the bill regarding local body system resulted in the suspension of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders’ Punjab Assembly membership.
As per details, Punjab Assembly‘s deputy speaker on Friday (April 26) suspended membership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Pir Ashraf Rasool, Uzma Bukhari and Mian Abdul Rauf as ruckus intensified during the session. The PML-N raised objections over various points which were defended by law minister. Ashraf Rasool’s remarks made deputy speaker more furious.
