The Pakistani Navy successfully test-fired anti-ship missiles from the North Arabian Sea and the Makran coast while Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi, Chief of the Naval Staff, inspected the activity, said in a statement issued by the public relations department of the Pakistani Navy on Friday.
Pakistan Navy’s warships and airplanes fired anti-ship missiles at sea level. The Fast Attack Craft fired missile from the sea to surface level and conventional submarine fired from underwater. Air defense missiles were fired from the Makran coast. All fired missiles accurately hit their targets.
Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi expressed satisfaction with the operational preparations of the Pakistani navy and affirmed that the force is fully capable of responding to any aggression by the enemy. According to the spokesman of the Pakistani navy, these successful test-fires of various missiles are proof of the operational preparation of the Pakistani navy.
