Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday (April 4) performed ground-breaking of Federal Urdu University Hyderabad at a ceremony held in the federal capital. As per details, Invitation cards were distributed to the members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s (MQM-P) Karachi leadership.
Addressing the ceremony, the prime minister said “Roads are often made, progress is made when funds are spent on the masses,” he maintained. “No nation can progress without education.” “I am astonished as to who is opposing a university in Hyderabad and why”, he said. “Our government is paying special attention to justice and education,” Khan said. “We will share the experience of NUML with Hyderabad university.”
The project will be completed within 3 years with estimated cost of over two billion rupees.
