Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday (April 5) while reacting to statements made Zardari and Bilawal over toppling the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, invited the PPP’s top leadership to hold sit-in in Islamabad.
“I invite you to come to the Islamabad and hold the sit in. I have asked for the container to be cleaned up and will also provide food for you,” the prime minister challenged Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari. ”Zardari sahab, no matter how hard you push … no government is going anywhere. But you are going to jail.” “Asif Zardari, know that a dharna is successful only when you share the people’s grief and stand up for them.”
Earlier Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday (April 4) while addressing a gathering on the 40th death anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, once again threatened the government that PPP will topple the Imran khan’s led government if 18th Amendment of the Constitution was rolled back or efforts were made to impose a One-Unit system in the country.
