The Prime Minister Imran Khan has recalled the National Security Council meeting today (August 7), just in two days to review the current borders situation in the wake of the India’s step to abolish the Kashmir special status by revoking article 370.
In the session tomorrow, the top civil-military brass will mull over the response strategy after the Indian government revoked Article 370.
Meanwhile, the federal cabinet meeting schedule has been changed and now the cabinet meeting will be held on Friday. Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday (August 6) also constituted a seven-member committee on a recent situation of occupied Kashmir. According to a press release by the Prime Minister office, the committee will set legal, political and diplomatic recommendations.
