Prime Minister Imran Khan has called federal cabinet meeting on Tuesday (July 30) wherein nine-point agenda will be deliberated upon. An establishment of the national commission for rights of children, matters related to ending gifts and entertainment funds will also come under discussion while a summary of appointment of MD PASCO will also be presented in the huddle.
Sets of amendments in roles of business 1973 and roles of business regarding federal secretariat will be discussed. The meeting will also consider the appointment of CEO of alternative energy development board while the appointment of Chairman of the National Commission for Human Rights and its members will be approved.
A summary regarding the appointment of MD National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (NEECA) will also be presented before the meeting.
Earlier in last meeting, Imran Khan led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has decided to allow Pakistanis holding dual nationality to take part in elections. The federal cabinet also formed a committee to initiate the process of required legal amendments to this effect.
