Prime Minister Imran Khan will depart for the United States on five-day official visit on July 20. The Prime Minister will stay in the United States from July 20 to July 24. During his visit, Imran Khan will hold meetings with the US President Donald Trump and other high-level officials. Matters pertaining to Pak-US bilateral relations and regional situation will come under discussion during the visit.
It would be Khan’s first visit to the United States since he took charge as the prime minister of the country last year. The official hoped that the upcoming visit would improve Pak-U.S. bilateral relations and will open new ways for peace and stability in Afghanistan.
Earlier, foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Thursday (June 27) while talking to reporters in Islamabad said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to meet US President Donald Trump during his next month visit.
