Prince Harry addressed mental health in his recent Apple TV+ docuseries.
The Duke of Sussex discussed a variety of topics linked to mental health and how he dealt with his personal challenges following the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in a new episode titled The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward.
“I expected my family to help, but every single request, warning, or other request has been received with absolute silence and neglect. We tried for four years to make it work. We did everything we could to stay there and continue to fulfil our roles and responsibilities. But Meghan was having trouble,” he explained.
In the most recent episode, Harry discussed his wife Meghan Markle’s problems inside the royal family and how he learned to help others who are contemplating suicide.
“A lot of individuals are terrified of being on the receiving end of that conversation because they don’t think they have the necessary tools to give good counsel.” But what you really want to communicate is that you’ve arrived. Listening and participating in the discourse is, without a doubt, the best first move you can take,” he stated.
