According to the sources, The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to observe childhood and breast cancer days during PSL 6 on February 27 and March 12.
As per to the details provided by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), in a bid to create awareness of childhood cancer, Golden Ribbon Day will be observed on February 27 at National Stadium Karachi.
The 4 teams featuring in double-header – Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans, and Peshawar Zalmi will present signed shirts to 2 cancer patients.
In partnership with Pink Ribbon Pakistan, the Gaddafi Stadium will turn pink on 12 March, when Multan Sultans play Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United play Lahore Qalandars,
The PCB will direct its efforts towards creating awareness regarding breast cancer.
Messages will be displayed on both days on screens inside the stadiums, while commentators will announce awareness messages during live commentary.
The PCB further added that the stumps and in-stadia hoardings will turn golden and pink on the respective days.
