Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday (Feb 17) beat Lahore Qalandars by seven wickets with 59 balls in seventh thrilling match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019 and claimed their first win in two games after losing to Quetta Gladiators in the first match.
Lahore Qalandars were skittled out for 78 – Hasan Ali 4-15, Wahab Riaz 3-17 and Ibtisam Sheikh 2-14 the stars with the ball for Peshawar Zalmi. Only three batsmen Anton Devcich (18), AB de Villiers (14) and Agha (12) could reach double figures. In reply, Peshawar Zalmi made light work of the run chase winning by 7 wickets with almost 10 overs to spare. Umar Amin 61* was the star with the bat for Peshawar Zalmi.
