On Thursday, Imran Ismail governor of Sindh said that the federal government, led by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was determined to solve merchant problems.
Speaking to a business delegation that called him to Karachi, Imran Ismail said the president of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Shabbar Zaidi, would hold a special meeting on Monday with business representatives to solve their problems.
He urged the chairman of the FBR to correct the custom of Karachi merchants. Khurram Sher Zaman, MPA of the PTI Karachi section, said that the problems of Karachi merchants would be resolved first.
