The Lahore High Court on Thursday (Feb 14) approved Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif’s bail petitions in Ashiana and Ramzan Sugar Mills scandal and directed to release the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader.
The NAB has already granted filed references against Shahbaz Sharif in the accountability court.
A two-judge bench comprising Justice Malik Shahzad and Justice Mirza Waqas resumed the hearing of the bail petitions that was adjourned yesterday.
The LHC has also approved bail application of senior bureaucrat and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s principal secretary, Fawad Hasan Fawad.
