Shehbaz Sharif, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has recovered from COVID-19 and tested negative today.
PML-N Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that doctors have advised Opposition Leader to get tested for antibodies in 3 weeks and to continue extreme caution until result of the test.
Shehbaz Sharif’s sample for coronavirus test was collected on June 4, by Institute of Public Health in light of order of Lahore High Court (LHC). The court has directed director of the institute to submit report of opposition leader’s test in the court.
Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan has also congratulated Shehbaz Sharif for recovering from the disease and urged him to get on front foot and play his role.
Shehbaz Sharif had tested positive for coronavirus in early June and self-quarantined himself in his home.
