The National Accountability Bureau submitted its response to the accountability court in relation to Shehbaz Sharif’s appearance in corruption cases pertaining to Ashiana Iqbal Housing scheme and Ramzan Sugar Mills. , NAB has requested for the dismissal of Shehbaz’s exemption from appearance
The petition said that Shehbaz Sharif is roaming roads of London and here he has submitted applications related to health issues. All medical tests and treatment of Shehbaz Sharif are possible in Pakistan, stated the NAB plea.
During the previous hearing on Saturday, his counsel had sought a 14-day exemption from Shehbaz’s personal appearance and filed a written application to this effect. The defense counsel, who appeared on behalf of Shehbaz, told the court that his client was abroad for medical reasons; however he would return back on June 11.

Shahbaz was released on post-arrest bail in the housing scheme case, while Hamza was on pre-arrest bail in the sugar mills case.
