American President Donald Trump is going to live an Apple fan boy’s dream. Trump was formally invited by Apple to have a sneek peek at Apple’s new Mac Pro, when he visits the tech conglomerate’s manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas, on November 20.
The President of USA will most likely also meet with Apple’s CEO Tim Cook. There have been no comments made by Apple regarding the visit. Tim Cook had previously met the president in 2016 after he successfully took the elections by storm.
Cook’s has since then built a relationship with Trump which has proved to be fruitful for Apple. The White House even scaled back tariff plans on Cook’s insistence. It could have impacted the iPhone and it sales but with the President on your side there is little chances of failure.
However, The corporation has not been able to completely avoid tariffs. Trump had emphasized he would not give Apple relief on the parts made in China. Since the Macbook’s stainless steel and aluminum frame, display, circuit boards and internal cables are made in China. Trump also stated that Apple should make the parts in the United States instead of China.
